The Keto Pyramid

This is a Keto Food Pyramid that illustrates what you can and can’t eat when doing the Keto diet. Berries, nuts, and seeds are allowed in smaller portions. Eat plenty of non-starchy vegetables. You can eat eggs, cheese, and butter as well as healthy fats that include olive oil, olives, and avocados. Eat meats like salmon, fish, seafood, beef, bacon, pork, chicken, and ham.

Avoid sugar, high carb alcohols like beer, donuts, breads, bagels, sugary coffee drinks and cocktails, starchy fruits like bananas, beans, peas, corn, lentils, juice, pasta, and rice.
